Surrounded by lush, breezy gardens, CRAFT at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok has always been a favorite hangout of Bangkokians and pet parents. To perk things up even more this year, they’ve launched a new menu that stays true to what makes CRAFT a favorite—reliable, feel-good dishes served from morning to night.

The new all-day breakfast dishes on the menu features a huge spread of globe-spanning options, including the breakfast fatayer (B220)—Arabic flatbread with mixed cheese, spices, some greens, and harissa dip and Thai green curry wrap (B325) with pan-seared chicken, riceberry, scrambled egg, and mixed cheese. Korean chicken rice bowl (B325) with marinated and grilled boneless chicken, fried egg, and veggies served on chewy riceberry; and open-faced Thai lobster Waldorf salad (B390), made with lobster meat mixed with refreshing fruits and nuts on a brioche bun, served with fries, are also on the menu. There are plenty more choices to fuel you all day long, including a nice mix of gluten-free options.
If you prefer something light, try the pork carnitas taquitos (B295) made with fall-apart tender pork shoulder, feta, avocado cream, and pico de gallo. Or, if you crave something refreshingly sweet, try their banoffee ice cream (B295), made with salted toffee, whipped banana, and banana ice cream.
As the sun starts to set, it’s finally time to turn off your laptop and unwind—ideally with a glass (or two) of your favorite boozy concoction? Live DJs hit the decks every Friday and Saturday to make those nights even more lively.
