Lele Burger — pronounced "Ler Ler" for the informal greeting — launched earlier this month with some very different take on fast-casual burgers at Summer Hill complex in Phra Khanong. Just a few steps from BTS Exit 4, this burger joint has our attention for its unique burger bun and co-worker-y/cafe atmosphere. 

 

If you’re going in person, you might notice the statue outside, named Hedy, which is a giant hypnotized child-like creature that looks as though it has stared into the face of an Elder God and been maddened by a bleak and indescribable cosmic horror. Kids seem to like it. Inside Lele Burger has a bright green palette and a clean, minimal interior that makes it feel more like a café than a burger stop.

 

 

There’s a mix of indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of natural light. Lele Burger claims to be Asian fusion, but it’s not gimmicky. The food comes with a few surprises like the Peking Duck Burger (B139) and whole grilled chickens to take home for dinner (B239). 

 

Lele does things a little differently, starting with the bun. It’s thinner than usual, almost hollow, with a light crunch and a coat of toasted black sesame. At first glance, it might make the burger look a bit small, but it’s a perfect little toasted pocket and a pretty cool change-up from the brioche and bready sweet rolls. 

 

The Spicy Golden Chicken Burger (99 THB) is a standout: juicy fried chicken, solid seasoning, fresh red cabbage slaw topping thankfully light on the mayo. The thick-cut fries hit the mark, and the side of crispy chicken bites are genuinely good. The classic set — burger, fries, chicken bites, and a soft drink — comes in at just 199 THB, which feels like a steal in 2025 Bangkok.

 

For drinks, they’ve got everything from matcha and bubble tea to iced lemon tea and fruit-infused blends, plus coffee and cheese tea for those wanting something different to pair with their burger. 

 

Lele Burger is still new, but it’s different enough to stand out. Find them on the 2nd floor of Summer Hill, Phra Khanong. Open daily from 10am to 10pm. Delivery is also available.
