Do you remember back in 2023 when BK reported that The Commons Cloud 11—from the folks behind The Commons Saladaeng and The Commons Thonglor community spaces—would be opening in 2024? Well, it turns out we lied. 

 

The brand did announce that they would be opening the new space in 2024, but the year came and went and we still have nada. However, recently, the owners held a press event stating that the debut is finally scheduled for November 2025. 
 

This is pretty big news for the Punnawithi-Udomsuk neighborhoods, where high-end, chic community spaces are pretty rare. In particular, this will be a pretty big boon for all those who make these BTS stations their offices, as The Commons never fails to bring options for the lunchtime rush.

Info from The Commons Cloud 11 states that they are 80% complete with the current project, and from the current construction projects, we can surmise a lot of space and very high ceilings. The outdoor area—something you really don’t get with the other The Commons venues—could really add to some larger community events. 

 

While The Commons is famous for hosting a number of trendy venues, the only known space will be a Yotel, a global smart hotel. Found over five floors and 5,420sqm, the new space is expected to host a number of food and dining outlets.
