Coming at you with those oh-so-sweet panoramic city views, and a long list of vodka—from every continent—RedSquare has just unveiled a new line of cocktails that are just as photogenic as the cityscape around them.

To find this swanky rooftop bar, head upstairs to the 25th floor of Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. Have a seat in the al fresco area near the pool, and opt for the blue Mango Sticky Rice. It’s not a dessert, but rather a dessert-inspired cocktail—with pandan infused vodka, blue curacao, mango, coconut milk, and lime (B420). The taste is creamy and sweet, just like the real khao nieow ma muang. 

Another must-try option is the Captain Smoker—Captain Morgan rum, Coca-Cola, coffee infused vodka, sweet syrup and lime (B450). It is a bit stronger than other cocktails on the menu though, since it is smoked with a chocolate cigar. This makes it even more aromatic, and smooth and mellow to the taste.

If you’re more of a refreshing cocktails type, choose the Sandia Margarita (B420). It is a twist on a classic margarita; with Lunazul Reposado tequila, apple liqueur, watermelon, agave syrup, lime, and lemon bitters—resulting in a sweet yet sour cocktail in a glass rimmed with Himalayan salt. 

RedSquare’s other popular cocktails—think Mojito Sky, Siam Angel, and the Canadian Rock Shot—are still on the menu, along with other spirits such as gin, rum, and brandy. There are some new additions to the food menu, too, including crispy fried lamb balls in zesty tom yum flavor (B550), and the snacks platter (B650)—a selection of popular street food like spring rolls, calamari and grilled pork and chicken satay.
