Emerging photographer Tanaphon Ongarttraku presents his long-term photographic essay documenting Thailand's plight as the second leading ASEAN country for unplanned teenage pregnancy. The collection of photos depict the challenges, isolation and glimpses of hope that these young parents go through.

The Scottish synth-pop band Chrvches will be making their Bangkok debut alongside local indie rockers Polycat, Jelly Rocket and Somkiat, up and coming bands Monkey Business, Mirrr and 23'0 and visual artists DJs Dudesweet, Eyedropper Fill and Tuna Dunn.

The self-proclaimed first ever meet up of the hit augmented reality game invites players to wear something Pokemon-related for a day of meeting new friends, healthy competition and, of course, catching plenty of Pokemon.
Note Udom returns for a night of standup comedy, this time inviting a big group of fellow comedians and entertainers to the stage to for a variety show that promises big laughs.

Here's one for those who missed the TEDxBangkok event in August. This edition, organized by Chulalongkorn University, invites 10 speakers to the stage for talks under the theme "Take Off, Go For It" based around moving away from the same old ideas and ways of life and challenging yourself to something new and exciting.

Presenting a never-before-seen collection of photos capturing Thai history that dates back over 150 years, this series was selected by M.R. Narisa Chakrabongse and includes portraits of royal family, glimpses into daily life, political gatherings and cityscapes.

The French-Canadian punk band, best known for '00s hits including "Shut Up," "Perfect" and "Welcome to My Life," return to Bangkok for the third time as part of their "Taking One For the Team" tour to promotes their latest studio album.

Considered one of the biggest festivals of its kind in Asia, this year's event features a total of 16 eclectic performances from 12 countries, ranging from contemporary dance to Chinese acrobatics. Gig organizer Popscene makes its long-awaited return with the American singer-songwriter, director and producer who is known for singles like "Swimming Song" and "Book of Love." The popular outdoor market returns for its seventh edition after a coupel months of hiatus. This month's theme is "LOLson, the Fashion Convenience Store" that promises booths from over 160 fashion brands who'll be bringing special promotions.

French electronic artist Loukoko and one of the most essential electronic music labels in Thailand team up for a night of synth sounds. Also featuring Casinotone, Cut the Crab and Orbital XX.

The Comedy Club Bangkok celebrates its second anniversary with its biggest event yet: a standup performance from hit British comic famously known for his "signature laugh" and appearances on several of the most popular shows on British TV's Channel 4. This will be Thailand's first visit from the British comedian, who has chosen Bangkok to make the Asian debut of his latest show, Funny Business. A premiere screening of Paul Spurrier's drama/horror film following a new teacher who has just arrived to teach at a school in rural Thailand. There, he meets a mute schoolgirl who has just befriended a boy who lives in the forest. Tickets are B250, available here.

Artist Ang Song Nian presents a photographic series and installations observing the methods of control instrumented in ways which potted plants and trees are being manipulated to fit into the urban landscape of Bangkok.

Choreographer Jitti Chompee returns with a dramatic performances inspired by Franz Kafka’s Ein Bericht An Eine Akademie, in which the protagonist Red Peter describes his loss of true freedom in the midst of gaining acceptance and recognition in the human world. Two members from the legendary rock band Queen, Roger Taylor and Brian May, join the ex-American Idol contestant for a collaborative world tour featuring some of the British band's greatest hits including "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "We Will Rock You" as well as Lambert's own hits including "Ghost Town" and "What Do You Want From Me?" The two-day EDM-slash-water festival, returns this year with Afrojack, Dash Berlin and Fedde Le Grand as its headliners. Day 1 will see Dutch DJ Afrojack joined by support acts Brillz, NGHTMRE and Slander, whilst Day 2 is the turn of Dutch collective Dash Berlin and Fedde Le Grand, along with FTAMPA and Malaa.
