A new lifestyle destination has quietly arrived on Sukhumvit Soi 24. Open less than two months and still in its soft-launch phase,
24BLVD is an open-plan, multi-venue dining and nightlife space that already feels like a game-changer for this side of town.
Reminiscent of concepts like The Commons, 24 BLVD blends an urban mini-mall layout with indoor comfort, tropical décor (think oversized plastic palms and rattan light fixtures), and an atmosphere tailored for group outings. Whether you're craving burgers, seafood, pizza, cocktails, or cold-pressed juice, there’s something for everyone, and more venues are still under construction.
Anchoring the space are a few early standouts. Honbo, a Hong Kong burger joint, brings classic smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, tater tots, and wings. Right next door is Fish Corner, with a proper fish-and-chips menu, fat fries, mushy peas, fish burgers, and a few unexpected Thai touches, like seafood gaprao. Summer’s Pizza offers pizza and fried chicken under one roof, while Lader serves a small selection of baked goods, sandwiches, eggs, and coffee.
On the drinks side, 24 ABV is an adorable little craft cocktail bar. Amore delivers oysters and cocktails, while Piché leans into wine, pouring reds, whites, bubbles, and cider on tap from B350 per glass. For a refreshing twist, Pour Radiant Living ain't your ordinary smoothie shop, they offer fresh juices and smoothies alongside 16 fruity cocktail options.
The space, which sits between the two wings of the Davis Hotel, belongs to the same owners behind the Instagram-favorite hotel, along with Mandrake Café across the street, whose coffee you can also order from 24 BLVD, and Baccarat next door.
While the management is not affiliated with The Commons, the format follows a familiar path: multiple eateries under one roof, with a shared seating area, fans, and indoor A/C to keep things breezy despite the Bangkok heat. Even in the rainy season, it’s fully sheltered and weatherproof.
Ordering is currently DIY-style. Diners scan QR codes on each table to view the menus from all venues, but orders must be placed directly at each counter. A large cherry sculpture marks the entrance, and seating can accommodate about a hundred people.
A second-floor nightclub is on the way, and two more major venues—Hone, a Japanese restaurant, and High Roller, a sleek cocktail bar—are nearing completion.
Live music and DJ sets run every night, bringing a vibrant energy that sets this development apart from previous concepts on the block. With the growing buzz on TikTok and strong nightly crowds, it’s already emerging as one of the neighborhood’s go-to hangouts.
As Soi 24 and the surrounding area heat up with openings like Sarnies Cantina and The Mesh on 22, 24 BLVD adds serious momentum to a previously quieter (seedier) side of Sukhumvit.
