There’s no shortage of hotel buffets and restaurant meal deals this time of year, but if you and your friends are looking to celebrate the holidays in a slightly different (and more fun, in our opinion) way, we’d like to direct you to Topgolf Megacity’s mega holiday plans. Located right next to Megabangna, don’t be fooled by the “golf” in the name — Topgolf’s slew of games are fun for golfers and non-golfers.

Whether you’re a Topgolf newbie or a seasoned regular, the hitting bays are where all the fun’s at. And from Dec. 15 to 31, on average, more than 60 golden golf balls per day will randomly dispense from any of their 102 bays and can be redeemed for a range of prizes. So far, the options include an iPads, Apple watches, Callaway golf club set, and an iPhone 14 — in total, there will be 999 prizes with a cumulative total value of THB 2.8million (take that, Willy Wonka). 

All golden golf ball prize winners will also be given one entry to Topgolf’s New Year’s Eve Golden Mega Draw — but that’s not the only way you can score a chance to win one of three astounding prizes (more on that in just a second). Also from Dec. 15 to 30, all Topgolf Megacity guests who spend at least THB5,000 at the bays or at any of the five on-site dining venues will be automatically entered into the Golden Mega Draw. Topgolf’s restaurant options include the swanky Devil’s Lounge with a selection of over 60 wines and whiskeys, the signature Topgolf Sports Bar, and the Patio with its fully-equipped food bus and competition-grade American-style smoker that dishes up smoked Thai and American BBQ classics.

And we’d be remiss not to mention a Golden Mega Draw without revealing the grand prizes. Three winners will score a half or full year of free gameplay at Topgolf Megacity, or (drumroll please) a four day, three night round trip to Dubai for two, including business class flight tickets, five-star accommodation, and a visit to Topgolf Dubai.

In addition to the Golden Mega Draw, Topgolf is going all-out on New Year’s Eve. At midnight, there’ll be a dazzling fireworks display which guests can take in from their hitting bay or at the Pink Giraffe rooftop bar. Speaking of the hitting bays on NYE, groups of up to 10 people can buy a “Swing Into 2023” package for THB7,500 nett (for parties of 10, that’s a steal at THB750 per person). The package includes a Golden Mega Draw entry per person, five hours’ play at a hitting bay, a complimentary beer tower, and access to The Puttyard (Topgolf’s 18-hole minigolf course), and the rest of the entertainment line-up for the night.
