Siri House brings together Luka, Quince, Jacqueline and a bunch more under one roof

Property developer Sansiri has finally opened the doors to Siri House—an open-access hub that gathers some of the best lifestyle names in Bangkok (think Luka, Quince, and Jacqueline) to create a venue for CBD dwellers to recharge and reconnect.

Situated on Soi Somkid, the space takes up a mid-century house formerly owned by an aristocratic family, which still retains much of its old charm thanks to teak-paneled walls and nostalgic wooden window frames. But that’s just part of it. The majority of the space takes a very modern design approach with the odd vintage touch here and there. There’s also a large back area we’re told will be used for events in future.

Inside the house is where you’ll find the brands that make up the collaboration. Caffeine lovers can come early to sip on drip coffee along with Western comfort food at Luka. Quince, a longtime mainstay on Sukhumvit’s food scene, is reopening in its new location at Siri House as well, but this time bringing with it a concept that more closely resembles its buzzing branch in Saigon, Vietnam. Here, expect the wood-fired ovens and a charcoal grill to take center stage.

If you want to down a few, head to Jacqueline—a classic cocktail bar that takes its name from Jacqueline Kennedy. Expect some feminine creations by notable nightlife mainstays like Maggie Choo’s, Cactus, Iron Balls, and Sing Sing Theatre.

Putting the F&B part aside, the house is also home to collectible book titles and hard-to-find vinyl thanks to the arrival of Booksmith and Olympic Dagger. Siri House's airy backyard Bimini also promises a spacious area for some relaxing outdoor activities—morning yoga, gong baths, swimming and BBQ parties.

The project is part of a larger initiative by Sansiri’s new creative director, Ou Baholyodhin, to rethink how developers approach community living in Bangkok.

“It’s meant to be everyone’s little home in Bangkok,” he said. “It’s a place for spiritual rejuvenation.”

Address: 14/2 Soi Somkid, Phloen Chit Rd., 094-868-2639. BTS Phloen Chit. Open daily 8am–midnight
