Craving Farm Factory or The Oyster Bay Bangkok? They're both here, and heaps more.

After an extensive renovation, the Quartier FoodHall at The EmQuartier is back with a sleek new look and some new food vendors that will be familiar to foodies. Visually, the space sports a more modern-looking aesthetic, with large, black-and-white countertops, a communal seating concept designed to encourage interaction between customers and rows of new vendor stations—names like salad powerhouse Farm Factory, dessert specialist Yenly Yours, and fresh seafood mainstay Oyster Bay Bangkok.

Crazy Combo Seafood, Oyster Bay Bangkok

The Oyster Bay stall will be the brand’s first permanent location in Bangkok—it’s been a delivery truck up until now—offering its renownedly fresh seafood to diners at Quartier FoodHall. Notable dishes include the Oyster Set (B600/6 pieces) paired with either Thai-style sauce, Tabasco, ponzu, larb or red wine vinegar. For salad lovers, Farm Factory brings its full lineup of salads (that actually leave you feeling full) and sets. Try the Value Set with a Smoked Salmon Salad and Juice Club drink for B319.

In the noodle department,  Ang Thong’s legendary Rodocha199 brings its beloved Rodocha Fried Noodles topped with Crispy Pork (B120), but if you are feeling slightly posh just head to Wang Seong and grab some Korean staples like Korean-style pork fried rice + soup (B159), and get Homsuwan Pop Shake (B69) with fresh pineapple, dried strawberries, Butterfly Pea-Lemonade and salt to freshen your mood.
